The Perfect Serve This brandy is best enjoyed neat in a snifter, warmed slightly by your hand to release the cherry aromas. However, for a refreshing twist, try a "Brandy & Splash"—pour over ice and top with a small amount of our Anglesey Spring Sparkling Water (available as an add-on) to open up the fruit notes without diluting the texture.
