We believe in keeping our spirit as natural as possible. That’s why our whisky is non-chill filtered, preserving the rich, oily texture and full depth of flavor that can be lost in mass production. Matured exclusively in First Fill Bourbon Casks, it develops a beautifully smooth profile, layering notes of vanilla, oak, and caramel over a gentle coastal finish.

While many gins rely on heavy spices to mask the base spirit, Anglesey Môn Dry Gin is built on a foundation of absolute purity. Distilled on our family farm near Pentraeth, we start with our own Anglesey Spring Water—naturally filtered through ancient glacial gravel for an exceptionally clean profile.
This crystal-clear water acts as the canvas for a classic blend of botanicals. The result is a Dry Gin that is refreshing and bright, with a smooth finish that only small-batch pot distillation can achieve.
Bottled at 37.5% ABV, it is light enough for a relaxing afternoon G&T, yet carries enough character to stand out in your favourite cocktail.
The Perfect Serve
Don't forget to add water! We recommend serving this gin simply: plenty of ice, a slice of lemon, and a splash of our Anglesey Spring Sparkling Water (available to add to your order). The clean minerality of the water lifts the botanicals for a refreshing, low-sugar alternative to tonic.

We start with our molasses-based rum—distilled with pure glacial spring water—and infuse it with a carefully selected blend of spices. Expect waves of smooth vanilla, warming cinnamon, and a kick of orange peel that complements the natural salinity of the spirit. It’s a complex, full-bodied rum that warms you from the inside out, perfect for the wilder Welsh weather.
The Perfect Serve This rum has enough depth to be sipped neat over ice. For a longer drink, it pairs perfectly with ginger beer and a squeeze of lime. Alternatively, for a lighter option that lets the spices shine, top with our Anglesey Spring Sparkling Water (available as an add-on).
