Contract Distilling
Why Distil With Us? If you are looking to launch a unique gin, vodka, or rum, you need a partner who values quality over mass production. At Anglesey Môn Distillery, we offer a service that is rare in the industry: we create alcohol from scratch.
No "Generic" Spirits: Unlike many contract distillers who simply buy in industrial Neutral Grain Spirit (NGS) and flavour it, we have the capability to mash, ferment, and distil our own base spirit on-site. This gives your brand true provenance and a unique story.
Small Batch Flexibility: We operate a battery of 28-litre copper pot stills. This unique "micro" setup allows for incredible flexibility, enabling us to run small, experimental batches to perfect your recipe without the need for huge minimum order volumes.
The Glacial Advantage: Your spirit will be crafted using our own "Anglesey Spring" water, which is filtered through ancient glacial gravel and rich in calcium. This acts as a natural softener, giving your product a distinctively smooth and creamy texture that cannot be replicated elsewhere

Our Facility: We understand the challenges of bringing a product to market. Large bottling plants often demand high minimum runs that exclude independent brands. At Anglesey Môn Distillery, we offer a more personal, hands-on approach.
Spirit Bottling: We provide bottling services for small-to-medium runs of spirits. Whether you have your own liquid ready to bottle, or need us to "cut" your cask-strength spirit using our mineral-rich glacial spring water, we ensure a premium finish.
Hand Finished: We pride ourselves on attention to detail. Our team can handle hand-labelling and packing to ensure your product looks as good as it tastes.
Water Bottling Services As the home of Anglesey Spring, we have extensive experience in bottling premium water. The spring on our farm flows naturally at a gallon a second, filtered through limestone and glacial gravel.
